What is millimeter wave electromagnetic wave: Usually, electromagnetic waves in the frequency domain of 30-300GHz (with wavelengths ranging from 1 to 10 millimeters) are called millimeter waves, which are located in the wavelength range where microwave and far-infrared waves overlap, thus possessing the characteristics of both wave spectra. The 76-81GHz band of this product is currently the least understood and developed area for human application.

FEATURES

◎ Excellent transient performance: Based on self-developed CMOS millimeter wave RF chips, achieving a more compact RF architecture and higher signal-to-noise ratio.

◎ The 5GHz working bandwidth enables the product to have higher measurement resolution and accuracy.

Coherence: generated by dipole oscillations driven by coherent currents or nonlinear differential effects of coherent laser pulses;

◎ Low energy: Millimeter wave photon energy is only a few millielectron volts, which will not cause X-ray ionization and damage to the substance to be tested, so it is not easy to damage the substance to be tested.

◎ Strong penetrability: For non-polar substances, it has strong penetrability. Many non-metallic non-polar materials have less absorption of radiation in this band, so it can be used to detect the internal structure of materials. For example, ceramics/cardboard/plastic products/foam are transparent to electromagnetic radiation in this band, and can also be used for airport/station safety monitoring, such as detecting machinery/explosives and drugs, or for circuit board welding detection.

Easy to be absorbed by polar molecules: This band has less scattering in non-uniform substances and can detect and measure water vapor content. Material composition can also be studied or quality control can be carried out by analyzing their characteristic spectra.

Large range and small blind spot. The maximum range can reach 120m, and the blind spot can reach 8cm.

Small beam angle and antenna size make it easy to install. It is less affected by the size of the tank connection and interference from obstacles.

The wavelength is shorter and has better reflection characteristics on solid surfaces, so there is no need for special use of universal flanges for aiming.

Support remote debugging and upgrading, facilitating on-site personnel maintenance work.
